Stanley Vickers, CEO
Stanley Vickers, CEO, Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York founded Vickers Realty Ltd. in 2002 after serving as CEO of Vickers Management Corporation since 1979. Stanley has been active in the management of properties in New York City since 1972. At the present time the organization manages over 25 buildings.

A graduate of New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Administration, Stanley also serves on the Board of Governors of the National Realty Club of New York City.

In addition to the supervision of management, Stanley has acted as a court appointed Receiver or Agent for the Receiver on numerous foreclosures in both Federal and State courts. He has also handled the disposal of assets held by numerous institutions such as the Resolution Trust Company, Amalgamated Bank of New York, G.E. Capital, The Bank of Kuwait, and John Alden Life Insurance to name a few.

Over the last thirty years, Stanley has been involved in the sale or syndication of well over 100 properties in the City of New York.

Diane Vickers, Chief Administrative Officer
Diane Vickers, Chief Administrative Officer, Vickers Realty, Ltd. is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a Notary Public in the State of New York. Diane joined the family business in 1995, and has been actively involved in the day-to-day operations and serves as Human Relations Specialist for the company’s employees. Diane oversees the financial management of Vickers Realty and pursues her interest in new acquisitions.

A graduate of the University of Virginia School of Nursing and Fordham University School of Social Work with a specialty in Administration, Diane is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She brings a unique prospective to the corporate world, one of caring, compassion, understanding.

Michael Vickers, Property Manager / Broker
Michael Vickers began working in real estate is 1998 as he completed his B.S. in Real Estate from New York University. Upon graduation he became a full time employee of Vickers Management Corporation, and in 2002 helped to form Vickers Realty, Ltd.

Michael is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and is responsible for the marketing and renting of all apartments in the Vickers Realty Ltd. portfolio, as well as listings from other property owners. Michael co-ordinates all tenant move-ins and move-outs to facilitate easy transitions into and out of apartments.

In addition to being our in-house real estate broker, Michael is also the Head of Field Operations, and the Property Manager of all of the residential buildings in the Vickers Realty Ltd. portfolio. Included in these duties are weekly inspections of all buildings, supervising renovations of apartments, overseeing construction, and maintaining tenant relations.

Michael is also involved in the selection and acquisitions of new investments.

Adam M. Vickers, Esq., Counsel
Adam M. Vickers, Esq., joined Vickers Management in 2001, and helped to form Vickers Realty, Ltd. in 2002. He is the company’s In-House Counsel and Director of Commercial and Retail Management and Leasing. Prior to this, Adam worked at the law firm of Goldberg Weprin & Ustin LLP, where he gained experience in all aspects of Commercial and Residential transactions working with Purchasers, Sellers, Lending Institutions, and Title Companies.

His daily responsibilities at Vickers Realty, Ltd., include the preparation of all leases entered into by Vickers Realty, Ltd. and the various entities managed by the company, representing the ownership entities in Housing Court as a managing agent, and overseeing the day to day operations of all retail and commercial units managed by Vickers Realty, Ltd. Adam is also involved in the selection and acquisitions of new investments.

Adam is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State and a Notary Public for New York County. Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona in 1996 and a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 2000.

Beth Bernard, Assistant to the CEO
Beth Bernard, Assistant to the CEO, joined Vickers Realty Ltd. in 2000. Her professional background includes several years at the IBM Corporation as well as teaching children with special needs. Beth received her undergraduate degree at Boston University and has a Masters degree from Lesley College.

At Vickers Realty Ltd, Beth communicates with our building superintendents, contractors, and vendors on a regular basis. She oversees renovations, repairs and many of the various maintenance and management activities. Often, Beth serves as a liaison between tenants and contractors and addresses tenants’ requests, needs and concerns.

Linda Moreno, Comptroller
Linda Moreno, who holds a masters in accounting, and is a CPA, is Comptroller and in charge of Accounts Payables. She oversees all financial matters pertaining to each building, and the office. Linda uses her background as an accountant to keep a vigilant eye of all the finances of Vickers Realty, Ltd.
